Re-torquing the lugs of your EV charging system every year is critical because thermal cycling and metal creep cause electrical connections to loosen over time, creating a major fire hazard. Regularly checking the torque of your charging outlets and breakers, ideally once per year, helps prevent issues like overheating and melting which could result in a fire hazard and/or having to purchase a brand-new EV charging unit. Once broken, these cannot be repaired. A new unit is required. Save upwards of $500 by simply having us out once per year to ensure your lugs are torqued properly.

How do I sign up for a membership plan?
Just give us a call at 469-261-1503 or fill out our contact form. One of our team members will walk you through the options and get you set up — usually in under 5 minutes. Your first annual inspection will be scheduled at a time that works for you.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your membership at any time. If you cancel after your annual inspection has already been completed, the inspection is yours — no clawbacks, no fees.
Does the 10% or 20% labor discount apply to all services?
Essential Plan discount (10%) applies to labor only. The Protection Plan discount (20% labor + 5% parts)

Is the membership per home or per person?
The membership is per residential property. All benefits — including the annual inspection and labor discounts — apply to service calls at the enrolled address. If you own multiple properties, contact us about multi-property options.
