I especially wanted to thank you for taking the time to thoroughly go over everything in detail prior to the commencement of the work. Because of this we eliminated some clearly unnecessary steps while at the same time taking advantage of options we hadn’t even considered. It highlights how important it is for a project to be conducted by professionals like yourselves versus a garden variety subcontractor. Before you our family had employed no less than 6 different firms for our various electrical needs. Obviously, since you’ve now completed more than 15 separate large orders for our home our repeated requests support the fact that Light it up Electric remains the only choice for us. My only regret.... why couldn't I have found Light It Up Electric 5 years ago.
I was fortunate to have found Light It Up Electric over a year ago by a neighbor referral. Todd Guernsey and his team are exceptional. They show up promptly for their scheduled appointment time, get to the job at hand quickly and do quality work with quality parts and fixtures. They have completed several jobs for me with in the past year and I've been very pleased with their work.
If there needs to be an adjustment of any kind - direction of the light fixture, wattage change, they're back within one day to make that adjustment for you. They certainly are out to ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up is important to me.
I feel their pricing is competitive and their knowledge of electrical is extensive especially since Todd has his Master Electrician's License. My only regret.... why couldn't I have found Light It Up Electric 5 years ago.
I Highly recommend Light It Up Electric for any of your electrical needs, either interior or landscape design lighting. They do an amazing job and I'm quite a perfectionist.

I moved to Little Elm, Texas a couple of years ago from California, and did not know anyone, and or any Master Electricians that could help me with my brand new home that I just built, and all the projects I wanted professionally done.
I wanted all my lighting changed, and all the switches changed out as well, and dimmers put in their place. I knew no place to turn for help. Finally after receiving my new home welcome package from Little Elm, City Hall I came across a Bright Yellow card called Light It Up Electric in my welcoming kit! It was a sharp looking card and it caught my fussy attention. I decided to call Light It Up Electric and ask if they could help me. That is when I was made aware of the owner Mr. Todd Guernsey, a Master Electrician.
I am a very fussy and picky person about my brand new home, and I was afraid of getting a bad worker. All my fears were put to rest after Mr. Todd Guernsey visited my home and quoted my project. He is very professional, clean, careful, and on time when requested to be at my home and his quoted prices were very accurate. Also his attention to the kind of detail work I wanted done was FANTASTIC!! He installed and changed out all new light switches, to the dimmers light switches that I like; now all my rooms can be dimmed. He wired my walls for sconces that I bought from Lamps Plus and installed the sconces, he also installed new recessed lighting, and new wall plugs, and my Flat Screen T.V. in teh bathroom he wired for electric, also my large ceiling medallion 5 foot by 5 foot he installed and many other medallions and chandeliers. He also returned to do more work and change out a different color chandelier. I would have been so lost without all his help. He helped all my dream decorations become a reality. I will NEVER use anyone else.
Trust me, I am Very Fussy and Picky and Todd was able to help me get the job done RIGHT and make it all look FANTASTIC!! He knew how to handle me, and my fanaticism.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr. Todd Guernsey for your Dream Projects, large or small he is the RIGHT PERSON to hire. Overall, we were really pleased with the professionalism and value.
I got several quotes for work to be done and they were the most reasonable. The estimate was not overall the lowest but I appreciated the owner coming personally and being on time and willing to come out on short notice.
He provided helpful suggestions when we were unsure of what we wanted.
His two-man crew of DJ and Jerry were awesome.
They were onsite from 9-5 and knocked out all the items we identified.
We ended up getting some additional things done that were not on the original quote and the job supervisor was great with accommodating our add-ons and revising our invoice.
Overall, we were really pleased with the professionalism and value.

They did a great job......
They did a great job updating all of our outlets, light switches, and internet jacks from the old off white to a clean bright white. We also had three ceiling fans installed, a doorbell replaced, a flood light installed, 2 outdoor light fixtures put in, our dryer cord changed from a 4 pronged cord to a 3 pronged cord, a smoke detector replaced, and our bathroom vent/lights updated. They were on time, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. They consistently made sure we saved money wherever we could. They even cut us a deal on the outlets because we were having the whole house redone. It took two visits to complete everything. They were SO transparent about their pricing and always let us know if there were any changes in the prices due to them having to work around some of the mistakes the original home owner made. We will definitely call Light It Up Electric for our future electricity needs.

I had these guys hook up a spa for me. They had to install 3 GFCI breakers and build me a retrofit breaker box (bought the spa used and didn't have the prebuilt box with it). They mounted the box outside and it looked good. Spa works perfectly and the wiring looks good too. Price was very fair. I'd use them again.
