Install new ballast in Frisco, TX

At a house in Frisco, TX we were called out to install a new ballast and light bulbs in a kitchen pantry.  We also installed a new ballast and light bulbs in the master closet.  We fixed a fan that was not working.  Who ever installed the fan wired it up incorrectly.
