Frisco Electrician

A customer of ours that lived in Prosper moved to a new house in Frisco. She went out and bought some light fixtures and ceiling fans to put in her house because she did not like the ones that came with the house.  She bought a new chandelier for her front entry way.  The entry way is about 20 feet high.

When the electrician took down the existing chandelier he checked the wiring and support box.  Every thing was in good shape.  After the electrician got the chandelier hung the customer decided that she wanted the chandelier to be a little higher.  So we took off a few links in the chain and then rehung the chandelier.  It was right where she wanted it.

She also bought a new ceiling fan with a light kit to go into the family room.  Again we took down the existing fan and checked the wiring and support box.  The support box was not in good shape.  We took out the old support box and installed a new box.  Once the fan was installed we balanced the ceiling fan so it would not shake with it was on.  Since the new ceiling fan had a light kit on it she needed another switch added so she can control the lights separately from the ceiling fan, so we installed a fan control/dimmer switch.  This was she can adjust the fan speed and light levels to her personal settings.

With the new vanity lights going into the bathrooms, we had to first take down the old light fixtures, check the wiring and support box for safety.

She also bought several surface mount light fixtures to mount on the wall going up the stairs.  There was not power where she wanted the light fixtures to be so the electrician had to run a dedicated circuit to the stair well area for power.  Once that was done he installed support boxes for the light fixtures to mount to and was able to install all the light fixtures where she wanted them and put the light fixtures all on the same circuit.  A dimmer switch was added so she can control the light fixtures.

She even bought some coach light fixtures to go on to the front of her house on each side of the garage.  One light fixture existed on one side of her garage but not the other.  The electrician had to run wires across the attic and down the inside of the wall to get the power to where the new coach light was to be installed.  Once the power was there the electrician installed a support box and mounted the coach light fixture.

The Frisco customer was very pleased with the work that had been done.  She will call us when she has purchased more light fixtures for her home.  If you have a chandelier, ceiling fan, coach lights, or any other light fixtures that needs to be installed give us a call.  We can take care of all your electrical needs.  We offer free estimates.  Not only do we service Celina but Aubrey, Prosper, Little Elm, Frisco, Plano and all surrounding areas.  Call today.

A customer in Celina went out and bought a bunch of new light fixtures for her house and wanted us to install them all.  She bought new light fixtures for the front entry, family room, bathrooms, stair well, and office.  she also bought light fixtures to go on each side of her garage.

The Family Room – The electrician installed a ceiling fan and some directional recessed can lights that shine down on the mantle above the fire place.

Front Entry – The electrician took down the existing chandelier, checked all the wiring and suport box.  Every checked out safe so he mounted the chandelier.

Bathroom – The customer wanted all vanity lights in all the bathrooms replace with the new ones.  Once the electrician took down the existing vanity light he checked the safty of the wiring and support box before installing the new vanity light.

Stair Well – This part was a bit harder because there was no existing light fixture.  The electrician consulted with the Celina home owner about where she wanted each light to be installed.  Once the electrician got a clear picture of what the customer wanted he was able to run a dedicated circuit to the stair well area to feed the new wall sconces.  The electrician had to run the wiring in the wall to each location.  Then he installed a support box in the wall to mount the light fixture to and installed the light fixtures.  To also had to install a switch to control  the new light fixtures.

The Office – The electrician install a new ceiling fan and a new fan control switch.  With the new switch she can control the fan speed and the light kit sepratly.

Garage – The customer wanted to have big coach light fixture installed on both sides of the garage of her Celina home.  There were no existing light fixtures or power already there so the electrician ran a dedicated circuit across the attic to the location of where she wanted the coach lights to be installed.  The electrician installed all the wiring, installed both coach light fixtures and had to also install a switch to control the new light fixtures.

A new customer in Prosper called us out to their house becasue the outlets in her kitchen were not working.  She checked the breaker in the breaker box that controls the plugs in the kitchen.  Non of the breakers were tripped.

The electrician started checking all the outlet when he got to the Prosper home.  He found that 3 of the GFI outlets in the kitchen were mis-wired and that the wires had come loose on a 4th plug.  The electrician corrected the mis-wiring problem and reconnected the wire on the 4th plug and now all the outlets in the kitchen are working fine.

An existing customer in Aubrey called us out to their house because they bought a water fountain for their garden.  The fountain required an electricial outlet to work.

After a few weeks of her door bell sounding funny an existing customer of ours in Allen called us out to get the door bell fixed.  After the electrician did some trouble shooting he found that the button for the door bell had become defective.  He replaced the door bell button and now it is ringing as it should be.  While we were there fixing the door bell the customer also wanted us to install a ceiling fan on her back patio cover.  There was no existing light fixture or ceiling fan already there so we had to run conduit or get the wiring where she wanted the ceiling fan located.  We also installed a box and all the wiring that were needed to get the ceiling fan working properly.  We painted the conduit and other parts so that everything matched with the color of the wood.  THe customer in allen also had the electrician replace 2 standard switches to dimmer switches while he was there.  If you have a problem with your door bell not working or need a ceiling fan or new switch installed, give us a call and we can get you taken care of.  Having a licensed electrician completing your electrical project will give you peace of mind knowing that your project was done correctly and safely.  Call today.  We also service Plano, Frisco, Little Elm, Aubrey, Prosper, Celina and all surrounding areas.
