McKinney Water Fountain and Arbor / Patio Power

Sunday, July 25, 2010

A McKinney resident recently purchased a water fountain to go on their back yard arbor / patio cover.  Once we came out and looked at the project and showed the McKinney customer all his options in hooking up the fountain as well as arbor / patio cover lighting, outlet / plugs and ceiling fans.  We pulled power from the house for all the lighting, outlets / plugs, and ceiling fan, and ran the power to the fountain location.  If you have a need to have power run to different places in your yard, give us a call.  We can come out to go over all your options and give you a free estimate.  Call today.

We are licensed and insured.

Plano Spa Hook Up & Security Lighting

A customer in Plano called us because they bought a new spa / hot tub for their back yard patio arbor and needed to have the power hooked up by a licensed electrician.  Once we got to the Plano house we were able to run power underground from the house to the spa location and hook everything up safely.

When it comes to water and electricity it is very important that everything is hooked up correctly.  It is always better to have a licensed electrician complete the project rather than do it yourself.  While at the Plano home the customer had us install new security lights on both side of the back yard.

Now they have more light in the back yard while in the spa / hot tub.  IF you have a spa / hot tub that needs to be hooked up or need new security lights installed, give us a call.  Call today for help with your electrical repairs.

Plano Ceiling fans installed

A new customer in Plano recently purchased 2 new ceiling fans for his home.  One of the ceiling fan was for the master bedroom and the other ceiling fans is for the out door patio cover / arbor.

The Plano home owner called us out to his home to get the 2 ceiling fans installed.  The electrician took down the existing bedroom light fixture and checked all the electrical wiring and the support box.  Once the electrician found that everything was safe, he then built the ceiling fan and installed it.  Once the bedroom ceiling fan was installed he checked the fan and the light kit to make sure that they both were working properly.  Once the bedroom ceiling fan was installed, he then started to work on the patio cover / arbor fan.  This one was more work because the electrician had to run power to the location where the Plano resident wanted the fan to be installed.  Once the electrician got power to the proper location, he then installed an electrical box to support the weight of the ceiling fan.  he then built the fan and installed it.  Once that was done he checked to make sure everything on the fan was working properly and then balanced the fan.

If you would like to have a fan on you patio cover / arbor or need a new ceiling fan installed in your bedroom, give us a call.  we can take care of all your ceiling fan needs.  We service Plano, Frisco, Little Elm and all surrounding areas.  All work comes with a one year warranty.  Call today.

Electricians & Outlets in Plano

An existing customer that lives in Plano is having a water fountain put in her garden and needed an outlet / plug installed to power the pump in the water fountain.

The company that she bought the water fountain from had a person that she could have used to install the outlet / plug, but she said no to them.  She called out to get the outlet / plug installed because she does not trust any one else.  The electrician was able to pull power from an existing outlet / plug on her back patio / arbor and run the wires in a pipe in the ground to the location that the Plano resident wanted the water fountain to be.  The electrician then installed a GFCI outlet with a bubble cover.

If you need an extra outlet / plug to be installed, give us a call.  We will find the safest way to get your project done.  We offer Free estimate so call today!  We service Plano, Frisco, Little Elm and all surrounding areas.

Once our electrician got to the house he was able to determine the best solution on how to get the power to the location.  He was able to pull power from a outlet controled by a GFI.
