We were contacted via email to come out and hard wire a stove for a customer in McKinney, TX. They bought a new stove from a local store and was not told that the stove did not plug into the wall, but needed to be hard wired. We were able to get out there the same day the stove was delivered. They had no down time with out a stove. Another happy customer.
